You’ll need a simple protein drink (whey or bone broth protein), 100% lemon juice, magnesium supplement, sea salt or Himalayan salt, and Epsom Salt.
Step 1:
Wake and be sure you fast at least 10 hours from the day before. Do a saltwater flush.
