Scheduling is super easy, and I always find a time that works. The outstanding care is delivered with compassion, and I really feel like I've found a place where I'm truly valued. I had a bulging disc in between my L5 and S1 and for months I tried yoga, other chiropractors, PT, and alternating heat and cold on my back with little results. I came here because I believe the tools and techniques Dr. Jeff uses are safer/better than the traditional “cracking” method many practitioners use. I love Dr. Jeff’s holistic approach, always with good advice & ideas regarding exercises or nutrition to support the wellness goals you are trying to achieve. When I started coming here I was in very bad pain and losing functionality from a bad auto accident. Dr. Jeff was able to restore my functionality and slow down the migraines I get in relation to multiple causes. He has a patient, compassionate, very knowledgeable and sometimes humorous approach and leads by example. He is always willing to listen and help out where he can. His staff is wonderful as well.
