Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts

The Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting visual artists of regional, national, and international stature through exhibitions, events, services to artists, art education programs, arts advocacy initiatives in Brookfield, WI.

Artists are selected by the staff of the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts on an ongoing basis. The goal is to provide innovative opportunities for artists at various stages of their careers.

The first exhibition at the center occurred in 2008 with “A Curator’s View.” Since then there have been 13 more curated shows followed by solo exhibitions. The curatorial process often involves local community members who use their own expertise to co-curate shows with gallery staff.
