Chiropractic Care FAQs

What conditions do you treat?
Dr. Jeff regularly treats headaches, migraines, neck pain, low back pain, sciatic pain, degenerative disc issues, shoulder tension, injuries from car accidents, and pregnancy-related discomfort. Care is focused on spinal ligament injuries and nerve interference—the most overlooked causes of chronic pain.

How does chiropractic care work?
Chiropractic care restores communication between the brain and body by correcting spinal misalignments that interfere with nerve signals. Once the pressure is removed, your body can start to heal and function as it was designed to.

Are adjustments safe?
Yes. Dr. Jeff uses a neurologically based technique that does not involve cracking or twisting. It is precise, gentle, and safe for patients of all ages.

When will I feel better?
Some patients feel relief after their first visit. Others need a few adjustments to notice results. The goal is long-term healing, not just short-term fixes.

Is chiropractic care only for back pain?
No. Chiropractic care can also help with headaches, sciatica, vertigo, poor posture, fatigue, digestive issues, and more. When your nervous system works better, your whole body works better.

New Patient FAQs

What can I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit includes a consultation, spinal and neurological exam, MyoVision scan, and X-rays if needed. We take time to understand what is going on and build a care plan specific to your needs. Plan to spend about 45 to 60 minutes with us.

What should I bring?
Please bring a photo ID, insurance information (if applicable), and a form of payment. Completing your intake forms online before your appointment will help speed up the check-in process.

How long are follow-up visits?
Most follow-up appointments take about 10 minutes. These visits are focused on consistent, effective adjustments that build progress over time.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is needed. You can schedule directly with our office whether you are using insurance or paying out of pocket.

Chiropractic Techniques FAQs

What technique does Dr. Jeff use?
Dr. Jeff uses the Torque Release Technique (TRT), a gentle method that uses the Integrator adjusting tool to make precise spinal corrections based on neurological testing.

How is this different from traditional adjustments?
There is no cracking or twisting. The Integrator delivers quick, focused adjustments that help restore balance to the nervous system without discomfort.

What tools do you use during an exam?
We use MyoVision scanning to measure nervous system stress, along with digital X-rays to evaluate spinal alignment and ligament injury. These tools help us find what others often miss.
